Einen erfahrenen technischen Kundenbetreuer_in, der nicht nur mit Technik, sondern auch mit Menschen gut kann. Du hast Freude daran, eine Mannschaft zu führen, dich mit Kunden auf Augenhöhe auszutauschen und dabei den Werkstattbetrieb optimal zu steuern? Dann bist du bei uns richtig.

Das bringst Du mit:

* Optimale Betreuung unserer Kunden und aktive Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe: von der Auftragsannahme einschließlich Diagnose, Auftragserstellung und Fakturierung bis hin zur Qualitätskontrolle

* Reklamationsmanagement und Garantieabwicklung

* Disposition der Arbeitsaufträge nach den Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeiter sowie Terminvereinbarungen mit dem Ziel einer optimalen Auslastung der Werkstatt

* Option zur mittelfristigen Übernahme der Werkstattleitung durch strukturierte Nachfolgeplanung mit dem Ziel der Leitung eines Servicebetriebes unter Einhaltung der vereinbarten Ergebniszeile und der Führung und Entwicklung von ca. 25 Werkstattmitarbeitern

Das erwartet Dich:

* Berufserfahrung im Kfz-Gewerbe und Kfz- tech. Ausbildung

* Meisterprüfung und LKW-Führerschein C/CE

* Unternehmerisches Denken verbunden mit Dienstleistungsbereitschaft

* Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung - und Freude daran

* Selbständige Arbeitswese, Organisationsgeschick, Verlässlichkeit und Begeisterung für Scania
