Teilzeit 30h / Woche ab sofort

Arbeitsort: Wiesing

Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und liebst einen abwechslungsreichen Alltag? Dann suchen wir Dich als Kund_innenbetreuer_in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit für 30 Wochenstunden.

* Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung

* Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und an der telefonischen Kund_innenbetreuung

* Gute Kenntnisse in Word und Excel

* Freundlichkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit

* Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Die Freude, in einem motivierten Team mitzuarbeiten

* Die telefonische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kund_innen

* Das Vereinbaren und Organisieren von Besuchsterminen

* Die Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und div. Kund_innenanliegen

* Die Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten wie Rechnungskontrolle, Bearbeitung der Tagesabrechnung, Buchung von Warenbewegungen
