Ihre Rolle

* Nach einer umfassenden Bankausbildung und fundierten Einschulung betreuen und beraten Sie Ihr eigenes Kundenportfolio aktiv, kompetent und serviceorientiert

* Sie entwickeln individuelle Finanzlösungen, die den Bedürfnissen Ihrer Kund:innen entsprechen und legen dabei Wert auf langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen.

* Durch gezielte Akquisitions- und Cross-Selling-Aktivitäten gewinnen Sie Neukund:innen und bauen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter aus

* Sie bringen Ihre Ideen aktiv in Verkaufs- und Marketingmaßnahmen ein und tragen so zum gemeinsamen Erfolg des Teams bei

Ihr Profil

* Erste Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung, idealerweise mit Verantwortung für einen eigenen Kundenstock

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt

* Abgeschlossene oder laufende Bankausbildung von Vorteil

* Zielorientierte, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Leistungswillen

* Digitale Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit modernen EDV-Systemen

Gehalt & Benefits

Das Mindestjahresgehalt für diese Position beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis EUR 42.000 brutto. Das tatsächliche Jahresgehalt richtet sich selbstverständlich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Dieses legen wir gerne gemeinsam in einem persönlichen Gespräch mit Ihnen fest.
