Ihre Tasks

* Kundenbetreuung: Betreuung des eigenen Kundenportfolios in allen finanziellen Anliegen.

* Lösungsorientierte Beratung und Verkauf: Analyse individueller Bedürfnisse und Vertrieb passender Finanzlösungen zur Förderung der finanziellen Gesundheit unserer Kund:innen.

* Kundenbindung: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.

* Neukundengewinnung: Aktive Gewinnung neuer Kund:innen.

* Zielverantwortung: Verantwortung für die Erreichung eigener Ziele.

* Kundenorientiertes Auftreten: Repräsentation der Steiermärkischen Sparkasse nach außen.

Ihr Background

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, Matura oder Studium)

* Berufserfahrung im Bankwesen oder Vertrieb

* Professionelles Auftreten und Freude am Verkauf

* Kommunikationsstärke, Kunden- und Verkaufsorientierung

* Hohe Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und Begeisterung
