Zur Ergänzung unseres dynamischen Teams in Wolfurt suchen wir eine(n) 1 Kundenbetreuung im Verkaufsinnendienst (m/w/d) Österreich Wolfurt Verkauf / Innendienst Vollzeit

Deine fachlichen und persönlichen Stärken:

* Mit einer abgeschlossenen technischen oder kaufmännischen Ausbildung bringst du spezifisches Fachwissen mit.

* Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen im Verkaufsinnendienst oder im Umgang mit Kunden gesammelt.

* Dein Arbeitsstil? Service- und lösungsorientiert. Außerdem arbeitest du gerne im Team.

* Als kommunikative Person kannst du komplexe Themen verständlich vermitteln.

* Du findest technische Produkte spannend und hast Lust, dich damit zu beschäftigen.

* Mit Druck kannst du umgehen und somit unsere Kunden zufriedenstellen.

* Deine Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind sehr gut.

* Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen wie Outlook, Word und Excel rundet dein Profil ab.

Diese Aufgaben warten auf dich:

* Du wickelst Aufträge zu unserem Produkt Heißkanal für diverse Märkte ab.

* Bei Reklamationen und Serviceabwicklungen bist du der erste Ansprechpartner.

* Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Erstellung und das anschließende Verfolgen von Angeboten.

* Durch deine telefonische Beratung und Betreuung wissen unsere Kunden, dass sie in den besten Händen sind.

* Du arbeitest eng mit unseren AußendienstmitarbeiterInnen zusammen und stimmst dich täglich ab, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen.

* Je nach Können und Erfahrung kannst du spannende Projektaufgaben im Vertrieb übernehmen.
