* Du hast Erfahrung als Personalverrechner:in und eine Personalverrechnerprüfung (z.B. WIFI)

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Personalverrechnungssystemen

* Berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung, z.B. bei einem Personalverrechnungsbüro oder bei einem Steuerberater, sind von Vorteil

* Du hast eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gehst gerne auf Menschen zu

* Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten liegt dir

* Freude an Dienstreisen mit dem eigenen Kfz im Raum NÖ (ca. 3-5 Tage/Monat)

Das sind deine Aufgaben

* Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen bei programmtechnischen sowie fachlichen Fragen und unterstützt sie sowohl über Fernbetreuung als auch vor Ort

* Du führst eigenständig die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung von Kund:innen im kommunalen Bereich durch

* Du übernimmst Schulungen zu Softwarelösungen

Du erstellst Schulungsunterlagen und Handbücher für unsere Anwendungen im Bereich Lohnverrechnung

Deine Vergütung: Für diese Position gilt der IT-Kollektivvertrag, welches ein monatliches Bruttogehalt zwischen € 3.104,- und € 4.476,- vorsieht. Das tatsächliche Bruttogehalt ist abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
