Zur Verstärkung unserer Vertriebsniederlassung in Österreich suchen wir für den Standort in 2115 Ernstbrunn 1 Kundendienst- und Servicetechniker:in (m/w/d) Tätigkeiten:

* Abwicklung des gesamten Service- u. Kundendienstbereiches - dies sind im Detail:

* Durchführung technischer Schulungen (Montage)

* Routen- u. Einsatzplanung in Abstimmung mit der Serviceabteilung

* Annahme und Abwicklung von Reklamationen in Abstimmung mit dem Außendienst und ggf. mit der Geschäftsleitung

* Erfassung, Dokumentation u. Reporting

* Durchführung und Teilnahme an Messen u. anderen Firmenveranstaltungen

* Wettbewerbsbeobachtung

Ihr Profil:

* Vorzugsweise Tischler(in), Dachdecker(in), Zimmermann(frau), Fenstermonteur(in), aber auch Bewerber/innen mit handwerklichem Geschick, technischem Verständnis und lösungsorientiertem Denken

* Führerschein B und privater PKW zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes - ab dann steht Firmen PKW zur Verfügung

* Reisebereitschaft

* Teamfähig, selbstständig, flexibel und kostenbewusst

* Schwindelfrei
