BeCamper, die Experten für Reisemobile, suchen einen leidenschaftlichen Campingfan mit Organisationstalent und Kundenorientierung. Du liebst es, Kunden kompetent zu betreuen, hast ein Händchen für Organisation und willst Teil eines engagierten Teams werden? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Aufgaben: Als Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden betreust du den gesamten Serviceprozess - von der Annahme bis zur Fahrzeugrückgabe. Dabei übernimmst du u.a.: • Empfang und Beratung der Kunden (mit technischer Unterstützung durch unser Werkstatt-Team) • Erstellung und Koordination der Arbeitsaufträge • Organisation der Werkstattplanung und Terminvergabe • Beratung rund um Serviceleistungen und Camping-Zubehör • Ersatzteilbestellungen und Lagerverwaltung

Das bringst du mit: • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist ein Plus • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Technisches Grundverständnis (Detailkenntnisse nicht erforderlich) • Freundliches Auftreten & Kommunikationsstärke • Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit • Campingaffinität / Interesse an Freizeitfahrzeugen
