Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Kundendienstberater_in für die Mechanik Ihre Aufgaben:

* Annahme von PKW zur Reparatur oder Wartung

* Kundenberatung

* Ansprechperson rund um die Reparaturannahme

* Sorgfältige Pflege der Prozesse im internen System

* Aktive Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt

* Gestaltung einmaliger Kundenerlebnisse

Ihr Profil:

* Technische Ausbildung, sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung; Freude am Kundenkontakt

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als KFZ-Techniker/in von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung als Kundendienstberater/in von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft für flexible Arbeitszeiten

* Weiterbildungsbereitschaft

* B-Führerschein
