Wir stellen ein 1 Kundendienstberater:in Mercedes-Benz Vollzeit 38,5 h/Woche

Als erste Ansprechperson begleiten Sie unsere Kund:innen souverän durch den gesamten Serviceprozess. Mit Fachkompetenz und Kundenorientierung nehmen Sie eingehende Aufträge entgegen, planen und organisieren diese effizient und sorgen so für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Dabei fungieren Sie als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft und Werkstatt, unterstützen Ihr Team mit klarem Überblick und schaffen Vertrauen durch Ihre lösungsorientierte Beratung.

IHRE QUALIFIKATION:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als KFZ-TechnikerIn oder KFZ-MeisterIn

* Berufserfahrung mit der Marke Mercedes-Benz und/oder als KundendienstberaterIn bzw. WerkstattleiterIn

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

* Abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst

* Sehr freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

* Sehr gute EDV- und Diagnose-Kenntnisse

* Lösungsorientiertes Organisationstalent

* Verlässlichkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit

* Belastbarkeit in Zeiten hoher Auslastung

* Führerschein Klasse B
