Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Kundendienstberater (m/w/d) Vollzeit - 38,5 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

Eine premiumgerechte Betreuung unserer Kunden im After Sales Bereich um die höchstmögliche

Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten ist Ihre primäre Aufgabe. Von der Direktannahme der

Kundenfahrzeuge bis zur Rechnungsbesprechung ist ein positiver und professioneller Eindruck dem

Kunden gegenüber entscheidend. Die optimale Abwicklung sämtlicher Anliegen im

Kundendienstbereich erfüllt sie mit Freude und motiviert Sie das hohe Level unseres Servicekonzepts

aufrecht zu erhalten.

* Direktannahme mit den Kunden vor Ort

* Erfolgsorientierte Betreuung unserer Kunden

* Garantieabwicklung

* Versicherungsabwicklung

* Mobilitätsplanung

* Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen

* Besprechung der Werkstattrechnung mit dem Kunden

* Professionelle Nachbetreuung der Werkstattkunden gemäß den Herstellervorgaben

Was sollen Sie mitbringen?

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Kfz -Branche

* Freude am Umgang mit Kunden

* Ausgeprägte Team - und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Berufserfahrung im Annahme, Ersatzteilbereich in der Automobilbranche von Vorteil

* Durchsetzungskraft mit einer hohen sozialen Kompetenz

* Hohe Eigenorganisation, Sorgfalt und Präzision

* sicherer Umgang mit Informationstechnologien

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office 365, Sharepoint und incadea.myengine (Navision) von Vorteil

Diese Position ist mit einem Bruttogehalt von € 3.220,00 bei 38,5 Stunden pro Woche dotiert. Bei

entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine branchenübliche Überzahlung möglich.
