ASTEN SOFORTIGER EINSTIEG VOLLZEIT Für unseren Standort in Asten sind wir auf der Suche nach einer selbständigen und verlässlichen

Persönlichkeit. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Werkstatt, betreuen Sie unsere Kunden im

Serviceprozess. Angefangen von der Beratung über die Diagnose bis hin zur Endabnahme.

IHRE AUFGABEN SIND

* Erstkontakt zum/zur Kunden/Kundin

* Serviceannahme und Kund_innenempfang

* Erste gemeinsame Fehler- / Problemerhebung mit Kund_innen am Auto

* Aufzeigen von Möglichkeiten inkl. Preisangeboten und Reparaturen

* Koordination der Werkstattmitarbeiter_innen

* Verkaufsgespräche sowie sonstige anfallende Tätigkeiten rund

um die Betreuung unserer Kund_innen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

* Abgeschlossene KFZ-Lehre ist Voraussetzung

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und kompetentes Auftreten

* Absolute Zuverlässigkeit

* Freude am Umgang mit Kund_innen
