Unsere Autowerkstätten sind fachlich und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Hier bekommen Sie Mechanik und Spenglerei aus Meisterhand. Der Tankautomat an unserer Tankstelle in Bad Hofgastein ist täglich rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Ob Treibstoff, Autowäsche oder Artikel aus dem Tankstellenshop - bei uns bleibt kein Wunsch offen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine / einen engagierte/n 1 Kundendienstberaterin / Kundendienstberater

Standort: Autoschober, 5630 Bad Hofgastein

Arbeitsbeginn: Ab sofort

Arbeitszeit: 42,5 bis 45 Wochenstunden möglich

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Freundliche und kompetente Betreuung sowie Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden

* Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung

* Koordination zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und internen Abteilungen

* Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen

* Verkauf von Ersatzteilen und Zubehör

* Bestellung und Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen

* Abwicklung von Schadensfällen mit Versicherungen und Kunden

* Verantwortung für die Lagererhaltung und Warenorganisation

* sowie alle weiteren anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Arbeitsbereich

IHR PROFIL:

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis

* Erfahrung im KFZ Bereich
