Für unseren Standort in Niederndorf/Tirol (bei Kufstein) suchen wir zur Erweiterung des Teams ab sofort in Vollzeit: 1 Kundenservice Französisch (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Professionelle telefonische und schriftliche Beratung von Endkunden, Architekten und Fachhandelspartnern im deutschen und internationalen Raum zu technischen und kaufmännischen Fragestellungen bzgl. des gesamten BORA Produktportfolios

* Vorqualifizierung und Aufbereitung von Anfragen für nachgelagerte Fachbereiche

* Freigabe und Verwaltung von BORA PartnerNet-Zugängen

* Betreuung des myBORA-Shops sowie Unterstützung bei Garantie-Registrierungen

* Bearbeitung von Homepage-Anfragen

* Administrative Tätigkeiten im CRM sowie Stammdatenpflege

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Auftragsbearbeitung, Planung und Technischer Service

Ihr Profil:

* Erfolgreiche kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und der Arbeit am Telefon

* Kommunikationsstark, freundlich und serviceorientiert

* Interesse an technischen Sachverhalten bzgl. der BORA Produkte

* MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Sehr gute Deutsch-, Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an unserer attraktiven, leistungsorientierten Gehaltsstruktur und liegt je nach Qualifikation deutlich darüber.
