Deine Aufgaben

* Telefonischer Erstkontakt mit unseren Kund:innen - freundlich, empathisch und mit Freude am Gespräch

* Telefonische Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen: Du informierst Kund:innen über Aktionen und lädst sie zu den Hörakustik-Kolleg:innen in unsere Fachgeschäfte ein

* Vereinbarung von Terminen und Unterstützung bei Rückfragen

* Bearbeitung von ein- und ausgehenden Telefonaten

Dein Profil

* Du bist kommunikativ, offen und hast Freude daran, Menschen aktiv zu kontaktieren, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein

* Empathie ist deine Stärke, besonders im Umgang mit älteren Menschen

* Erste Erfahrung im Outbound, Kundenservice, Verkauf oder in einer Dienstleistung ist von Vorteil

* Ein sicherer Umgang mit PC und MS Office sowie entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind uns wichtig, über weitere Sprachen freuen wir uns

* Du möchtest im Team vor Ort arbeiten und schätzt den Austausch und das WIR- Gefühl mit den Kolleg:innen

* KV-Mindestgehalt ab € 2.199,15 brutto/Monat (Vollzeitbasis)
