Om stillingen Som kundeservicemedarbeider vil du behandle kunder via telefon, e-post og sosiale medier. Du vil svare på spørsmål og løse problemer på en effektiv og produktiv måte. All kommunikasjon med kundene vil være på norsk og du vil ha kontakt med resten av teamet ditt via nett chat og kommunikasjonssystemer. Bor du allerede i Hellas? Perfekt, da kan du følge opplæringen hjemmefra og fortsette å jobbe. Bor du ikke i Hellas ennå? Ikke noe problem, for vår kunde tilbyr deg en godt ivaretatt flyttepakke. På denne måten kan du bo og jobbe fra drømmedestinasjonen din i Hellas! Valget er stort på steder å bo, da det er rundt 6 000 småøyer. Du vil jobbe i et internasjonalt team, så det er også viktig at du snakker godt eller flytende engelsk. Alt utstyr som headset, laptop osv. vil bli sendt til deg og du vil også få en opplæring på 2 til 3 uker. Du kan snakke med kunder fra din egen bolig i Hellas. Har du ikke funnet bolig ennå? Da får du hjelp av din nye arbeidsgiver! Hvilken hjelp vil du få med flyttingen? Hvis du ikke allerede bor i Hellas nå vil du få hjelp av din nye arbeidsgiver. Etter at du har mottatt jobbtilbudet, vil flybilletten din bli bestilt og betalt for deg. Du kan da bo på hotell de første to ukene som selskapet betaler for. I løpet av disse ukene vil du få hjelp av HR-avdelingen med all administrasjon, for eksempel med åpning av gresk bankkonto og helseforsikring. Du vil også bli introdusert til en eiendomsmegler som vil hjelpe deg å finne din egen bolig i Hellas. Ved bedriften, der vi alle jobber eksternt, forstår vi verdien av hjemmekontor.
