The posting
At our bureau, we're always on the lookout for adventurous people who long to go abroad. That's why we've launched the 'Refer a Friend' initiative, which gives you the chance to earn €1,000. Do you know someone who might be interested in one of our job opportunities? Then let us know! After he or she applies for one of our vacancies, gets hired and completes the probationary period at the respective company, you will receive €1,000. As a Customer Service Advisor, you help customers of an international company by phone, chat and email; think account access, payments, technical hiccups, or being pointed to the right place when something's more complex than a quick fix. Depending on which project you're placed on, that could mean supporting players with their gaming accounts, or helping people navigate a digital communication platform used across public and private services. Either way, you get a paid training period before you start for real, so you walk in prepared. About the company You'll work from a modern office in Larnaca, alongside colleagues from all over Europe who support the same clients in their own languages. That international mix keeps things informal: quick access to your team lead, room to ask questions, and coworkers who've often packed their own bags for a new chapter abroad, just like you. Being on-site every day also means you build real connections with your team from week one. Living in Larnaca, Cyprus Larnaca sits on the south coast of Cyprus, a calmer and smaller city than some of the island's bigger hubs, with a long palm-lined seafront promenade (the Finikoudes) that's perfect for an after-work walk or a coffee by the water. The airport is a short ride away, so trips home or elsewhere in Europe are never far off. Just outside the city you'll find the Salt Lake, known for its flamingos, and the historic centre around Agios Lazaros church is only a few minutes on foot from the seafront. Cyprus sees more than 300 hours of sunshine a month in.
