Vår kundserviceavdelning fortsätter att växa och vi söker nu 5 nya kollegor med start i början av november 2026 till vårt kontor i Palma de Mallorca. Vi söker dig som vill ta nästa steg i din karriär eller som vill upptäcka hur det är att bo och arbeta utomlands.

På Nordic Operation Center arbetar vi med både kundservice och telefonförsäljning för några av Nordens starkaste varumärken. Vi har en prestationsdriven arbetsmiljö med tydliga mål, tävlingar och en stark teamkultur.

Om rollen

Som kundservicemedarbetare arbetar du med inkommande kundärenden via telefon. Du hjälper kunder på ett professionellt och effektivt sätt, där kvalitet och ett gott bemötande alltid står i fokus.

Arbetstiderna kan variera mellan dag, kväll och natt, beroende på vilket projekt du tilldelas.

Arbetet innebär bland annat att:

Hantera bokningar och avbokningar

Hjälpa både privat- och företagskunder

Arbeta mot tydliga mål kopplade till kundnöjdhet och effektivitet

Du blir en viktig del av teamet, där din insats direkt påverkar både kundupplevelsen och resultatet.
