Als recruiter zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en veelzijdige kunststof assemblagemedewerker die energie krijgt van technisch werk en het leveren van kwaliteit. In deze rol werk je dagelijks met kunststof materialen en ben je betrokken bij uiteenlopende bewerkings- en montageprocessen. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal staan. We zoeken iemand die niet alleen handig is, maar ook trots is op zijn werk en graag meedenkt in oplossingen.

  • Je werkt dagelijks met kunststof producten en plaatmateriaal en voert diverse mechanische bewerkingen uit zoals zagen, boren, frezen en hotstampen.
  • Je past verschillende montagetechnieken toe, waaronder (spiegel)lassen, kitten, schroeven en poppen, afhankelijk van het project.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een kwalitatief eindproduct en hebt oog voor detail in elke stap van het proces.
  • Samen met ervaren collega’s zorg je voor een efficiënt assemblageproces binnen een kleinschalige en overzichtelijke werkomgeving.
  • Je krijgt de ruimte om nieuwe technieken en vaardigheden snel eigen te maken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in het vak.
  • Binnen deze functie wordt zelfstandigheid gecombineerd met teamwork, waardoor je zowel individueel als gezamenlijk verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor het eindresultaat.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een kandidaat die niet alleen technisch onderlegd is, maar ook een echte aanpakker met een praktische instelling. Jij voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving en bent gemotiveerd om kwalitatief werk te leveren. Ervaring met kunststof is een sterke pré, maar ook kandidaten met een achtergrond in houtbewerking nodigen we nadrukkelijk uit om te reageren.

  • Je woont in de regio Beringen en bent in staat om zelfstandig naar de werklocatie te reizen.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel in spreken als lezen, zodat je instructies en werkinstructies correct kunt opvolgen.
  • Ervaring in kunststofbewerking en/of houtbewerking stelt je in staat om snel mee te draaien in het team.
  • Je bent handig en werkt nauwkeurig, waarbij je moeiteloos omgaat met diverse handgereedschappen.
  • Nieuwe machines en technieken maak je je snel eigen, waardoor je flexibel inzetbaar bent binnen verschillende werkzaamheden.
  • Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding en weet van aanpakken, ook wanneer het werk fysiek of repeterend kan zijn.
  • Kwaliteitsbewust werken zit in je natuur en je streeft altijd naar een perfect eindresultaat.
