WerkTalent Kunststofbewerker | €4.000,- | dagdienst BREDA Je gaat aan de slag bij een kleine technische organisatie in Breda die gespecialiseerd is in het bewerken van kunststoffen. Voor verschillende klanten worden hier kunststof onderdelen op maat geproduceerd. De organisatie is kleinschalig, waardoor de lijnen kort zijn en je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Er heerst een informele, Brabantse werksfeer en collega's werken nauw met elkaar samen. Vakmanschap staat centraal. Daarom krijg je voldoende mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en opleidingen of trainingen te volgen. Ook wanneer je nog niet alle ervaring hebt, wordt er gekeken naar wat je kunt leren en waar jouw technische interesses liggen. Functieomschrijving Als Kunststofbewerker ga je aan de slag met het draaien en verspanen van verschillende soorten kunststof. Je maakt onderdelen op basis van technische tekeningen en klantspecificaties. Je werkt met verschillende machines en krijgt veel zelfstandigheid in je werk. Daarbij houd je zelf goed in de gaten of het bewerkingsproces goed verloopt en controleer je de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Lezen en beoordelen van technische tekeningen; - Bepalen van de juiste bewerkingsvolgorde; - Opspannen van materiaal en gereedschappen; - Draaien en verspanen van verschillende soorten kunststof; - Werken met zowel conventionele als CNC-gestuurde machines; - Uitvoeren van tussentijdse controles en eindcontroles; - Aanpassen en schrijven van CNC-programma's; - Controleren of producten voldoen aan de specificaties van de klant. Functie-eisen - Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt graag met machines; - Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische opleiding op VMBO- of MBO-niveau; - Ervaring met draaien, verspanen of CNC-bewerking; - Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen of staat ervoor open dit te leren; - Je bent minimaal 28 uur per week beschikbaar; - Je woont in Breda of in de directe...
