Einzigartig ist unsere Fähigkeit den gesamten Produkt-Entwicklungsprozess von der ersten Skizze bis zum fertigen Bauteil im eigenen Haus begleiten und steuern zu können.

Aktuell suchen wir: 1 Kunststoff-Techniker/-Formgeber (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Rüsten, Anfahren sowie Einstellen der Thermoformanlagen und der vollautomatisierten Fertigungsanlage

* Überwachung und Optimierung der Produktqualität, der Prozessstabilität und der Zykluszeiten

* Gewährleistung der Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sowie Unterstützung in der Lehrlingsausbildung

* Mitverantwortung für die Steuerung und Optimierung der Thermoformanlagen und der vollautomatisierten Fertigungslinie

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Kunststoffsegment (z. B. LAP als Kunststofftechniker/in oder Kunststoffformgeber/in)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 2- und 3-Schichtbetrieb

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Adäquate Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Aufgrund gesetzlicher Bestimmungen sind wir verpflichtet, den kollektivvertraglichen Mindestlohn anzugeben. Dieser beträgt € 2.266,47 brutto pro Monat bei einer Wochenarbeitszeit von 38,5 Stunden.

Der tatsächliche Lohn liegt darüber und richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Kunststoff-Techniker/-Formgeber (m/w/d) beträgt 2.266,47 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
