Wir suchen für unser Produktion 1 Kunststofftechniker_in für unsere Serienproduktion Sie lieben Technik? Sie wollen gestalten und etwas bewegen?

In der Produktion arbeiten Sie eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und präzise. Gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft - innovativ, leidenschaftlich und wirkungsvoll.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Rüsten und Anfahren der Spritzgusswerkzeuge

* Bereitstellung des dazugehörigen Materials (Silikon, Thermoplast, Farben usw.)

* Überwachung der Spritzprozesse auf Reproduzierbarkeit

* Durchführung der serienbegleitenden Qualitätskontrollen

* Wartung der Werkzeuge in der Produktion

* Einleitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im Qualitäts- und Produktionsbereich

* Störungsbehebung an der Spritzgussmaschine

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Lehre als Kunststoffformgeber:in oder -techniker/in

* Berufserfahrung als Maschinen-Einsteller:in oder mehrjährige Praxis in der Spritzgussfertigung von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zu Überstunden

* Gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Umsetzungsstärke, Flexibilität

* IT Grundkenntnisse

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse

Was Sie bei uns erwartet:

* Attraktive Arbeitszeiten im versetzten Arbeitszeitmodell. Montag - Freitag von z.B. 06:00 - 13:30 Uhr bzw. 09:30 - 18:00 Uhr. An den Wochenenden (Sa, So) wird von 06:00 - 16:30 Uhr gearbeitet, wobei je ein Samstag bzw. ein Sonntag im Monat zu arbeiten sind - aber nicht an einem Wochenende gemeinsam. - Ohne Nachtschicht!

Aufgrund des Gleichbehandlungsgesetztes sind wir zur Angabe des Mindestbrutto-Monatsgehaltes (Vollzeit) verpflichtet. Dieses beträgt für diese Position LG 3 EUR 2.948,85 (Stand 2026). Ihr Tatsächliches Gehalt hängt jedoch stark von Ihren Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen ab und kann deshalb deutlich darüber liegen!
