Bei unserem Kunden handelt es sich um ein etabliertes Produktionsunternehmen im Raum Innsbruck, das sich auf innovative Lösungen im Bereich Kunststofftechnik spezialisiert hat. Das Unternehmen bietet dir eine langfristige Perspektive in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld mit strukturierter Einarbeitung. Die Position ist in Vollzeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb von Montag bis Freitag zu besetzen. Ein wertschätzendes Miteinander sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten stehen im Fokus dieses Arbeitgebers.

Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Bedienung und Überwachung moderner Spritzgussmaschinen

* Einrichtung und Umrüstung der Anlagen für unterschiedliche Produktionsaufträge

* Erkennen, Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen im Produktionsprozess

* Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Werkzeugen

* Kontrolle der gefertigten Kunststoffteile unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards

* Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse

* Dokumentation relevanter Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Fertigungsablaufs

Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Kunststofftechnik

* Praktische Erfahrung in der Bedienung und Einstellung von Spritzgussmaschinen

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb von Montag bis Freitag

* Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Erste Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung von Vorteil

* entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Technisches Verständnis sowie Genauigkeit bei der Qualitätskontrolle
