Wir suchen für unseren Kunden ab sofort: 1 Kunststofftechniker (m/w/d)

Standort: 1220 Wien

Arbeitszeit: 3-Schichtbetrieb

Über die Position

Für ein Produktionsunternehmen in Wien suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich Kunststofftechnik. Die Rolle ist so ausgelegt, dass sowohl Kandidat:innen mit erster bzw. mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung als auch sehr erfahrene Senior-Techniker ohne Führung in Betracht kommen.

Die Position erfordert eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen und Produktionsprozessen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Rüsten, Einstellen und Bedienen von Produktionsmaschinen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

* Qualitätskontrolle und Optimierung der Prozesse

* Mitarbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb (inkl. Bereitschaft für Wochenendarbeit und Überstunden)

* Optional (je nach Profil): Fachliche Führung eines Teams von ca. 5 Mitarbeiter:innen und Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Produktion

Ihr Profil

Variante 1: Mit Führungserfahrung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Kunststofftechniker

* Einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung kleiner Teams

* Hohe Selbstständigkeit und Entscheidungsfähigkeit

* Technisches Verständnis und Hands-on-Mentalität

Variante 2: Ohne Führungserfahrung (Senior-Level)

* Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Kunststofftechnik

* Sehr gutes technisches Know-how

* Bereitschaft, Verantwortung im operativen Bereich zu übernehmen

* Potenzial zur Weiterentwicklung Richtung Führung

Fachliche Anforderungen (für beide Varianten)

* Erfahrung mit: Engelmachinen, Tecaprint Maschinen (TPX100, TP250, TC350S), Heißprägemaschinen (großes Plus)

* Praxis im Rüsten, Einstellen und Bedienen von Maschinen

* Bereitschaft zu: Überstunden, Wochenendarbeit, Schichtbetrieb (aktuell 2-Schicht, perspektivisch 3-Schicht)

Vergütung & Benefits

* Grundlohn: € 20,65 brutto/Stunde, entspricht ca. € 3.448,15 brutto/Monat

* Mit umfangreicher Führungserfahrung: Einstufung bis Lohnstufe F: max. € 3.772 brutto/Monat, Überlassung (AKÜ): bis ca. € 4.450 brutto

* Schichtzulagen: 2. Schicht: € 1.028,00 und 3.Schicht: € 7,55
