sowie produzieren hochwertige Kunststoffteile für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Kunststoffverfahrenstechniker/Kunststofftechnologe (m/w/x) Als Facharbeiter_in bist du verantwortlich, das die Maschinen mit höchster Effizienz

und höchster Qualität betrieben werden (dazu gehört ein optimales Rüsten lt. Plantafel)

3-Schichtsystem

Aufgabenbeschreibung/Eigenschaften

Selbstständiges und effizientes Umrüsten und Einstellen von Anlagen laut Fertigungsauftrag (SGM / Roboter)

Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen

Rüstvorbereitung

Nach Justage der Anlage während der Produktion bzw. Fehlerbehebung im Serienprozess

Abteilungsübergreifenden Abstimmungen (Schnittstelle WZB/AWT)

Einfache Wartungsarbeiten der Anlagen durchführen

Ständiges weiterentwickeln der Abläufe

Betreuung der Materialversorgung

Unterstützung bei der Reklamationsbearbeitung

Aktive Mitarbeit Reklamationsbearbeitung

Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften

Teaminterne Abläufe ständig verbessern

Wir integrieren neue Mitarbeiter aktiv und mit Wertschätzung und betreuen auch unsere zugeteilten Lehrlinge

Programmierung der Anlagen und Maschinen

Produktivität und die Lieferperformance der Produktion und deren kontinuierliche Verbesserung sichern (Fachlich)

Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Spritzgussmaschinen

Optimieren von Fertigungsprozessen und Parametern

Beheben von Störungen an Maschinen und Werkzeugen

Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen während der Produktion

Wartung und Pflege von Maschinen, Anlagen und Werkzeugen

Dokumentation von Produktions- und Prozessdaten

Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen

Fallweise Aushilfe bei der Nachtschicht

Ihr Profil / Wissen / Fachkompetenz / Ausbildung

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kunststoffformgeber / Kunststofftechnologe oder vergleichbar

Erfahrung im Spritzguss von Thermoplasten von Vorteil

Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

Selbstständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise

Teamfähig, belastbar und flexibel (Schichtarbeit je nach Betrieb)

Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Spritzgusstechnik

Umgang im ERP-Programm

Grundkenntnisse Microsoft Office
