Jobomschrijving

Als kunststoflasser in Mortsel werk je dagelijks met thermoplastische materialen zoals PE, PP, PVC en PVDF. Je staat in voor het samenstellen, lassen en herstellen van kunststofconstructies en leidingsystemen, steeds op basis van technische plannen en specifieke richtlijnen. Met jouw precisie en technische expertise zorg je voor een betrouwbare afwerking die voldoet aan de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

  • Je voert verschillende lastechnieken uit (extrusielassen, spiegellassen, moflassen en warmgaslassen) en zorgt voor sterke, nette lasnaden.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische plannen en vertaalt deze nauwkeurig naar de praktijk.
  • Je bereidt kunststofonderdelen voor, maakt ze op maat en monteert leidingsystemen en kunststofconstructies volgens de juiste specificaties.
  • Je voert herstellingen en aanpassingen uit aan bestaande installaties en lost technische problemen efficiënt op.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van je werk met meetinstrumenten en werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids- en milieuregels.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de job als kunststoflasser in Mortsel, bezit je volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of gelijkwaardige ervaring en voelt je helemaal thuis in kunststoflassen of pijpfitten
  • Met minstens 3 jaar ervaring op de teller beheers je lastechnieken zoals extrusie-, spiegel- en moflassen als geen ander
  • Materialen zoals PE, PP, PVC en PVDF? Daar draai jij je hand niet voor om, en technische plannen lees je vlot
  • Je werkt precies en kwaliteitsgericht, neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en schakelt moeiteloos tussen zelfstandig werken en teamwerk
  • Een VCA-attest en rijbewijs B zijn mooi meegenomen (of je staat open om ze te behalen)
