Werk jij binnen kwaliteit, QA, QC, QHSE of KAM en wil je een functie waarin je kwaliteit niet alleen bewaakt, maar ook daadwerkelijk verbetert?

Voor een internationaal bedrijf in de apparatenbouw, regio Tholen, zoeken we een Quality Specialist / Quality Coordinator.

Over het bedrijf Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert technische producten voor klanten wereldwijd. Op de Nederlandse productielocatie werken onder andere productie, kwaliteit, engineering en supply chain nauw samen.

Kwaliteit speelt een belangrijke rol en er is volop ruimte om processen verder te verbeteren.

Jouw functie Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van producten en processen.

Je houdt je bezig met het QMS, audits, afwijkingen, root cause analyses en verbeteracties, maar bent ook regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden. Je onderzoekt waar problemen ontstaan en zorgt samen met collega's voor structurele oplossingen.

Je werkt onder andere samen met productie, engineering, supply chain en management.

Wat ga je doen?

- Beheren en verbeteren van het Quality Management System (QMS).

- Uitvoeren en begeleiden van interne en externe audits.

- Voorbereiden van ISO 9001- en PED-audits.

- Onderhouden van contacten met certificerende instanties en notified bodies.

- Analyseren en opvolgen van afwijkingen en non-conformities.

- Uitvoeren van root cause analyses met bijvoorbeeld 8D, 5 Why en Ishikawa.

- Opstellen en bewaken van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.

- Monitoren van kwaliteits-KPI's.

- Signaleren van kwaliteitsrisico's en initiëren van verbeteracties.

- Ondersteunen van productie en andere afdelingen bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken.
