Als Quality Officer bij Kiwa Infra Lab zorg jij ervoor dat kwaliteit niet alleen op papier klopt, maar iedere dag terugkomt in de praktijk. Interesse? Solliciteer snel! Over de functie Binnen Kiwa is Kiwa Infra Lab het testlaboratorium voor de wegenbouw. We voeren onderzoek uit op het gebied van onder andere asfalt, wegfunderingen, vulstoffen en beton. Het laboratorium beschikt over een brede scope aan verrichtingen, waarvan verschillende onderzoeken worden uitgevoerd onder accreditatie volgens ISO/IEC 17025 . Als Kwaliteits Adviseur zorg jij ervoor dat kwaliteit stevig verankerd blijft in onze dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je beheert en verbetert het kwaliteitssysteem, voert controles en audits uit en kijkt kritisch naar onze processen. Daarbij ligt jouw focus niet alleen op het voldoen aan eisen. Je onderzoekt vooral waar het slimmer, beter of consistenter kan. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, schakelt gemakkelijk met collega's en weet kwaliteitsvraagstukken te vertalen naar duidelijke en werkbare oplossingen. Vanuit jouw expertise help je het laboratorium om de kwaliteit van onze testen en dienstverlening continu naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Wat ga je doen? Als Kwaliteits Adviseur heb je een brede en zelfstandige rol. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Beheren, actualiseren en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitshandboek; - Bewaken van het kwaliteitssysteem en toezien op naleving van procedures en werkinstructies; - Uitvoeren van tweede- en derdelijnscontroles; - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van interne audits en steekproeven; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en bewaken van de opvolging van verbetermaatregelen; - Organiseren en coördineren van internationale ringonderzoeken; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van onderzoeks- en testprocessen; - Ond...
