De uitdaging In Oosterhout is het fijn wonen, recreëren en ondernemen. Dat willen we zo houden. Als kwaliteitsadviseur draag je hieraan bij. Je hebt bijvoorbeeld de implementatie van nieuwe wetten, het signaleren van knelpunten in het beleid, het optimaliseren van de deskundigheid van je team en het zorgdragen van werkprocessen onder je hoede. Geen werkdag is hetzelfde in deze veelzijdige functie. Zo krijgen we meer voor elkaar. Samen met collega's, inwoners, ondernemers en partners. 2026 staat in het teken van de ontwikkeling van het Stevig Lokaal Team (SLT). Dit draag jij bij Als kwaliteitsadviseur Jeugd zorg jij ervoor dat we onze inwoners de juiste ondersteuning bieden, op het juiste moment en met de juiste kwaliteit. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen beleid en uitvoering en draagt bij aan continue verbetering van onze dienstverlening. Vanuit je rol ga je het volgende doen: Eisen voor de opdracht Kwaliteitsadviseur Jeugd - De gemeente Oosterhout heeft beoordeeld of de opdracht geschikt is om te worden uitgevoerd door een zelfstandig ondernemer. Hierbij is gekeken naar de aard van de werkzaamheden, aansturing tijdens de uitvoering en inbedding in de organisatie. Daarbij hebben wij geconcludeerd dat de (aard van de) opdracht zich niet leent om door een zelfstandig ondernemer te worden uitgevoerd. Ben je daarmee akkoord? (bij akkoord wordt aan de eis voldaan). - De kandidaat heeft 1 tot 5 jaar werkervaring bij een gemeente. Dit moet blijken uit het cv. - De kandidaat heeft recente ervaring in de rol van kwaliteitsadviseur binnen de gemeente (specifiek jeugd).
