Dan zoeken wij jou! Wij hebben een vacature voor een Kwaliteitsadviseur Midden/Noord Nederland voor minimaal 28 uur per week . Samen met de collega adviseurs en de manager Kwaliteit, draag je zorg voor de visie op kwaliteit binnen Korian Nederland. De adviseurs werken nauw samen met de zorglocaties in het land en weten de verbinding op te zoeken met de ondersteunende afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Jouw rol Als Kwaiteitsadviseur ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor een cluster met de daarbij behorende locaties. De clusters staan onder de leiding van een clustermanager. Als adviseur heb je op regelmatige basis contact met zowel de locatie verantwoordelijken, de clustermanager als ook de regiodirecteur. Voor deze vacature zijn we op zoek naar een adviseur voor de regio Midden/Noord Nederland (Noord Gelderland, Flevoland, Groningen, Friesland). Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Het monitoren en verbeteren van het kwaliteitsniveau op de locatie door analyse van data, aanwezig zijn op de locatie, voeren van gesprekken en het geven van scholing. - Het uitvoeren van interne audits op locaties buiten de eigen regio en het ondersteunen bij externe audits. - Het uitvoeren van onderzoek naar incidenten en calamiteiten en het rapporteren hierover. - Het verbeteren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem in samenspraak met de directe collega's. Dit doen we door aanpassingen door te voeren in beleid en processen aan de hand van opgehaalde input vanuit de praktijk en/of gewijzigde wet- en regelgeving. - Het vertegenwoordigen van de afdeling Kwaliteit in diverse werk- of projectgroepen op verschillende onderwerpen.
