Wil jij niet alleen adviseren, maar ook zien wat er op locaties gebeurt en samen met zorgprofessionals werken aan concrete verbeteringen? Dan is deze functie bij Korian misschien iets voor jou. Wij zoeken een kwaliteitsadviseur Midden/ Noord Nederland voor minimaal 28 uur per week. Als kwaliteitsadviseur heb je binnen Korian een zelfstandige en zichtbare rol. Je adviseert locaties, clustermanagers en regiodirecteuren en helpt hen om verbeteringen daadwerkelijk in de praktijk te brengen. Samen met je collega-adviseurs en de manager Kwaliteit werk je daarnaast aan de verdere ontwikkeling van kwaliteit binnen Korian Nederland. Over ons Korian is één van de grootste en meest vooruitstrevende organisaties voor zorg, welzijn en ondersteuning van ouderen in Europa, die kwaliteit en persoonsgerichte zorg hoog in het vaandel draagt. We hebben meer dan 60 kleinschalige locaties in heel Nederland, waar we onze bewoners echte aandacht geven. Bij Korian geloven we in de kracht van verbinding.
