Als tijdelijk kwaliteitsadviseur zorgprocessen werk je aan betrouwbare kwaliteitsinformatie, de Transparantiekalender en verbetertrajecten vanuit de IGJ. Een zelfstandige functie waarin jouw expertise direct bijdraagt aan betere zorg. Over de functie Als kwaliteitsadviseur zorgprocessen zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteitsinformatie op tijd, volledig en betrouwbaar beschikbaar is. Je werkt hiervoor met gegevens uit onder andere het elektronisch patiëntendossier HiX en Excel. Een belangrijk deel van je werk bestaat uit de landelijke kwaliteitsregistraties. Je coördineert en bewaakt de aanlevering en controleert of de gegevens compleet zijn. Door gegevens met elkaar te vergelijken, controleer je bijvoorbeeld of alle patiënten die in een registratie horen, ook daadwerkelijk zijn opgenomen. Zie je verschillen of ontbrekende gegevens? Dan zoek je uit waar dit vandaan komt en zorg je dat dit wordt opgepakt. Ook werk je aan de Transparantiekalender. Je haalt de benodigde gegevens uit Excel en draaitabellen, maakt overzichten en bespreekt de uitkomsten met de betrokken arts. Je bewaakt de deadlines en zorgt dat de benodigde informatie op tijd wordt aangeleverd. Daarnaast: - Coördineer en monitor je verbeterdoelen van de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd (IGJ); - Lever je gegevens aan voor landelijke kwaliteitsregistraties; - Controleer je de volledigheid en kwaliteit van deze registraties; - Signaleer je afwijkingen in gegevens en zorg je dat deze worden opgepakt; - Zet je terugkoppelingen vanuit kwaliteitsregistraties in begrijpelijke taal door naar de betrokken collega's; - Ben je aanspreekpunt voor vragen over kwaliteitsregistraties en de Transparantiekalender.
