Jij zorgt dat elke leerling de beste kansen krijgt op onze dynamische en deskundige school. "Jouw inzicht, jouw focus, jouw kwaliteit. Samenbouwen aan sterker onderwijs. " Als kwaliteitscoördinator op het Gentiaan College werk je nauw samen met de twee Commissies voor de Begeleiding en bewaak je de kwaliteit van ons onderwijs. Je analyseert data, stuurt op wat onderzoek en data laten zien, stelt kritische vragen en bent een stevige sparringpartner voor collega's en management. Je houdt de kwaliteitszorgcyclus en het inspectiekader scherp in beeld. Je vindt in ons open en deskundige team een dynamische rol met ruimte voor ontwikkeling. Jouw functie - Je bent de drijvende kracht achter ons onderwijskundig beleid en houdt de kwaliteitszorgcyclus in beweging. - Je verzamelt relevante data en vertaalt dit naar een advies. - Je werkt nauw samen met de gedragswetenschappers, zorgcoördinatoren en teamleiders. - Ons inspectiekader staat centraal in jouw handelen. - Je bent een prettige, positief ingestelde gesprekspartner. Wat maakt werken bij het Gentiaan College bijzonder? Op het Gentiaan College krijgen onze leerlingen, tussen de 12 en 18 jaar oud, het onderwijs en de extra begeleiding die nodig is.
