De Keijenberg Wij zijn basisschool De Keijenberg in Renkum, waar ongeveer 240 kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar onderwijs volgen. Vanuit onze katholieke identiteit werken we met een enthousiast en betrokken team aan goed onderwijs en een fijne schooltijd voor ieder kind. De komende jaren ontwikkelen we ons onderwijs doelgericht verder. Daarbij richten we ons onder andere op het versterken van het didactisch handelen, cyclisch werken aan onderwijskwaliteit en de verdere implementatie van Wetenswaardig. Voor onze nieuwe kwaliteitscoördinator liggen er mooie kansen om hierin mee te denken, richting te geven en samen met het team concrete stappen te zetten. Wij zoeken een ervaren kwaliteitscoördinator: Je hebt een stevige onderwijskundige basis en ruime ervaring als leerkracht en kwaliteitscoördinator. Binnen De Keijenberg krijg je de ruimte om actief mee te denken over en bij te dragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons onderwijsbeleid. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de directeur. Samen geven jullie richting aan de onderwijskundige ontwikkeling van de school, bewaken jullie de samenhang en ondersteunen jullie het team bij het realiseren van de gezamenlijke ambities. Als kwaliteitscoördinator zet je jouw kennis en ervaring graag in om ons enthousiaste en gedreven team te begeleiden. Je onderschrijft het belang van onderwijskundig leiderschap en vervult een begeleidende, coachende en coördinerende rol binnen de kwaliteitsgerichte cyclus (KGC). Daarbij staan de drie onderstaande domeinen centraal: Domein: Focus op leren en brede ontwikkeling. Je bent een leercoördinator die: - weet hoe leren werkt en dit kan uitleggen; - vanuit (wetenschappelijke) kennis en inzichten effectieve feedback kan geven, risico's in onderwijskwaliteit kan signaleren en weet wat de volgende stap voor deze specifieke leerling, leerkracht, groep of deze school is; - nieuwsgierig is; - kan prikkelen in de ontwikkeling van leerkrachten door het geven van leer-bevord...
