Wij bieden: We zijn een scholengroep in de Hoeksche Waard met 17 (basis)scholen en we delen eenzelfde fundament: onze christelijke identiteit en de overtuiging dat kinderen leren samenleven met aandacht voor elkaar en hun omgeving. Dat is wat ons als CSG De Waard verbindt. Wij staan voor: Bijzonder Goed Onderwijs, Bijzonder Goed Werkgeverschap, een Professionele lerende organisatie en Verankeren in de Hoeksche Waard. Elke dag gebeurt er iets waardevols in de scholen van CSG De Waard. Medewerkers begeleiden kinderen in hun groei en bieden hen een plek waar zij zich gezien en gehoord voelen. Dat dagelijkse werk vormt de basis van onze scholengroep. Als kwaliteitscoördinator heb je een belangrijke rol in het adviseren, ondersteunen en het monitoren van de onderwijskwaliteit en de professionele ontwikkeling daarvan. Je komt te werken in een gemotiveerd team dat uitkijkt naar de samenwerking met jou! We bieden je uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden en een goed salaris in schaal LC of schaal 11, afhankelijk van bijkomende lesgevende taken, conform CAO PO.
