Als Kwaliteitscoördinator Bezwaar in Amsterdam ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen wetgeving, beleid en de dagelijkse praktijk. Jij zorgt ervoor dat ons team van casemanagers de bezwaarafhandeling niet alleen strikt volgens de Algemene wet bestuursrecht (Awb) uitvoert, maar helpt ze ook om de kwaliteit van hun werk continu naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Wat ga je doen? In deze dynamische en verantwoordelijke rol fungeer je als het kwaliteitsgeweten én het inhoudelijke kompas van de afdeling: - Inhoudelijke vraagbaak: Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor casemanagers bij complexe juridische vraagstukken rondom de Awb-bezwaarafhandeling. - Kwaliteitsborging: Je voert scherpe dossierreviews en kwaliteitscontroles uit. Signaleer je risico's? Dan zet je deze direct om in concrete verbetervoorstellen. - Kennismanagement: Je stelt werkinstructies op, beheert de kennisdocumentatie en zorgt dat deze altijd up-to-date is met de laatste wet- en regelgeving. - Opleiding & Coaching: Je speelt een sleutelrol bij de onboarding van nieuwe casemanagers, begeleidt collega's in hun vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling en organiseert inspirerende kennissessies. - Beleidskoppeling: Je vertaalt wijzigingen in het beleid en nieuwe werkwijzen moeiteloos naar werkbare processen voor de uitvoering, en adviseert het management over kwaliteitsontwikkelingen.
