Als kwaliteitscoördinator op De Vlasbloem speel je een belangrijke rol in het versterken van de kwaliteit van ons onderwijs en het professionele handelen van het team. Je bent daarbij degene die het team leert om zelf steeds beter zicht te krijgen op de kwaliteit van het onderwijs en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor verdere verbetering. In de functie komen de drie rollen van de kwaliteitscoördinator samen: l eercoördinator, t rendanalist en z orgregisseur. Je zorgt dat ondersteuning rondom leerlingen goed georganiseerd is en de juiste expertise wordt ingezet. Daarbij kijk je ook naar wat leerkrachten en het team nodig hebben om hun eigen handelen verder te versterken.
