Algemene informatie Wij zoeken een betrokken en deskundige kwaliteitscoördinator/intern begeleider (KC/IB'er) voor groep 1 t/m 8. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het versterken van de onderwijskwaliteit en het begeleiden van de zorgstructuur binnen de school. Je hebt een scherp oog voor de ontwikkeling van leerlingen en weet onderwijsgegevens te vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties. Daarnaast geef je richting aan de structuur van de kwaliteitszorg en ondersteun je het team bij het cyclisch werken aan onderwijsverbetering. De vaste werkdag is dinsdag. Jij bent iemand die: - zicht heeft op de brede ontwikkeling van leerlingen; - ervaring heeft met kwaliteitszorg en onderwijsontwikkeling; - analyses van IEP- en toetsresultaten kan vertalen naar praktische verbeteracties; - verbindend samenwerkt met leerkrachten, ouders en externe partners.
