Openbare basisschool Leimundo Leimundo is een basisschool in Leiden Zuid West, waar kinderen, ouders en collega's elkaar kennen en waar iedereen gezien wordt. Aan de van Vollenhovenkade in Leiden zijn onze taalklassen gevestigd. Op Leimundo werkt een betrokken team dat met plezier, nieuwsgierigheid en professionaliteit vormgeeft aan ons onderwijs. We zijn een school waar leren centraal staat, maar waar tegelijkertijd veel aandacht is voor wie je bent - als leerling én als collega. Wij zoeken een kwaliteitscoördinator/ intern begeleider die samen met ons werkt aan het versterken van onderwijskwaliteit, leerlingenzorg, professionele groei en zorgt voor een heldere koers. Er zijn 8 reguliere klassen en 4 internationale taalklassen. De verdeling van groepen gaat in overleg. Ervaring en/of affiniteit met nieuwkomers is een pré. Functieomschrijving Als kwaliteitscoördinator/intern begeleider vervul je een spilfunctie in de kwaliteits- en leerlingenzorg binnen de school. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en het team, en je draagt bij aan een cultuur waarin we doelgericht, transparant en lerend samenwerken. De komende jaren bouwen we aan een sterke basis in ons onderwijs. 1. Leercoördinator - Je werkt vanuit een duidelijke visie op leren en ondersteunt de doorontwikkeling van ons onderwijs. - Je versterkt de professionele leercultuur binnen het team en stimuleert gezamenlijke groei. 2. Trendanalist - Je brengt onderwijsopbrengsten nauwkeurig in kaart en vertaalt deze naar heldere inzichten. - Je helpt collega's bij het analyseren van resultaten en het opstellen van gerichte verbeterplannen. - Je bent een strategische sparringpartner van de directeur 3. Zorgregisseur - Je coacht leerkrachten bij opbrengstgericht en handelingsgericht werken. - Je coördineert passend onderwijs en werkt samen met interne en externe partners. Wie ben jij?
