Welkom bij de Zonnewijzer! Op onze school werken we met zo'n 300 nieuwsgierige leerlingen elke dag aan boeiend en goed onderwijs. Dat doen we samen: met collega's, kinderen én ouders, want wij geloven dat samen leren werkt. Ons motto is niet voor niets: Elke dag samen een beetje beter. Onze overtuiging is dat leren zichtbaar maken de sleutel is tot groei-voor leerlingen én voor onszelf. Onder andere geïnspireerd door het gedachtegoed van John Hattie ontwikkelen we ons onderwijs continu. Jouw rol als Kwaliteitscoördinator Als kwaliteitscoördinator krijg jij energie van een dynamische spilfunctie waarin je bouwt aan een veilig, stimulerend pedagogisch klimaat en uitdagend onderwijs met hoge verwachtingen voor ieder kind. Je bent werkzaam op én bewaakt de verbinding tussen de drie samenhangende domeinen van de KC-rol: onderwijsontwikkeling, ondersteuning & zorg en kwaliteitszorg. In deze functie begeleid en inspireer je het team verder in het proces rond hoe leren werkt. Je geeft en ontvangt groeigerichte feedback en weet onderwijsdata, observaties en kennis over leren moeiteloos te vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen in de dagelijkse onderwijspraktijk. Hierin zet je de ingezette kanteling van curatief naar proactief en preventief werken door. Daarnaast stem je af met de vakinhoudelijke coördinatoren (zoals rekenen en taal-lezen) en onderhoud je een constructief en betekenisvol contact met ouders en externe partners. Als actief lid van het managementteam (MT) denk je strategisch mee, geef je gevraagd en ongevraagd advies aan de directie en neem je een voorbeeldrol in op school. Wie ben jij?
