Bewaak en verbeter de kwaliteit op de productievloer. Je voorkomt afwijkingen, ondersteunt collega’s en helpt processen slimmer te maken.

Bij onze klant, een internationale speler in de voedingsindustrie, zorg je mee voor veilige producten die aan hoge kwaliteitsnormen voldoen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Quality & Warehouse Manager en met collega’s uit productie, engineering en logistiek. In deze rol krijg je verantwoordelijkheid op de werkvloer: je beoordeelt kwaliteit, pakt afwijkingen snel aan en werkt verbeteracties uit die verspilling beperken.

- Je controleert dagelijks de kwaliteit van messen aan productiemachines.

- Je signaleert afwijkingen en onderneemt meteen de nodige acties.

- Je beoordeelt zelfstandig of producten aan de geldende kwaliteitsnormen voldoen.

- Je legt de productie tijdelijk stil wanneer de productkwaliteit daarom vraagt.

- Je registreert kwaliteitsafwijkingen nauwkeurig en voorkomt dat problemen zich verder verspreiden.

- Je onderzoekt de oorzaken van kwaliteitsproblemen en zet structurele verbeteracties op.

- Je controleert de kwaliteit van grondstoffen en evalueert het geleverde werk van leveranciers.

- Je detecteert fouten in technische tekeningen en stemt hierover af met de engineeringafdeling.

- Je adviseert over geschikte meetinstrumenten en kwaliteitscontroles.

- Je ondersteunt operatoren bij het correct toepassen van kwaliteitsprocedures.

- Je gebruikt kwaliteitsdata om productieprocessen verder te verbeteren.

- Je draagt mee bij aan de ontwikkeling en opvolging van het kwaliteitssysteem.

- Je rapporteert aan de Quality & Warehouse Manager.
