Ben jij technisch aangelegd, heb je ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en heb je een sterke focus op kwaliteit? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Voor een stabiele en internationaal georiënteerde productieorganisatie in de regio Aartselaar zoeken we een Kwaliteitscoördinator Productie. Je komt terecht in een familiale onderneming met meer dan 65 jaar ervaring in het ontwerpen en produceren van technische precisieproducten.

In deze rol ben je nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse productie. Je controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde producten, volgt afwijkingen op en werkt samen met operatoren en de productie aan structurele verbeteringen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op de productie en controleert of producten voldoen aan de vooropgestelde normen.
  • Je detecteert afwijkingen en bepaalt zelfstandig welke acties nodig zijn.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsproblemen en gaat samen met de productie op zoek naar de oorzaak.
  • Je werkt mee aan structurele oplossingen om fouten en afwijkingen in de toekomst te vermijden.
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt operatoren bij het correct toepassen van kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsgegevens en controles op en gebruikt deze informatie om de productie verder te verbeteren.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen, efficiëntie en kwaliteitsoptimalisatie.
  • Je helpt mee het controlesysteem verder te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Quality & Warehouse Manager.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met productie en kwaliteit.
  • Je kan vlot technische tekeningen lezen.
  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en weet kwaliteitsproblemen op een gestructureerde manier aan te pakken.
  • Je durft operatoren en collega's aan te spreken wanneer de kwaliteitsnormen niet worden gehaald.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, assertief en op een constructieve manier.
  • Ervaring binnen kwaliteitscontrole of productie is een sterke troef.
