QC Inspector

Voor een internationale speler actief in de luchtvaartindustrie, gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogwaardige mechanische componenten, zijn wij op zoek naar een QC Inspector.

De organisatie is al meer dan 35 jaar actief in België en levert kritische onderdelen voor aandrijfmechanismen van vleugelcomponenten voor diverse commerciële vliegtuigprogramma’s. Met een team van een honderdtal technische experts wordt continu ingezet op kwaliteit, innovatie en procesverbetering.

Functieomschrijving

  • Inspecties uitvoeren op producten, materialen en componenten volgens technische tekeningen en specificaties
  • Eerste-onderdeel controles en kritische kwaliteitschecks uitvoeren
  • Defecten signaleren, analyseren en opvolgen met correctieve acties
  • Leveranciersmateriaal en eindproducten controleren en goedkeuren
  • Meetinstrumenten kalibreren volgens standaarden
  • Materialen sorteren en defecten markeren voor reparatie
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een technische productieomgeving en kan technische tekeningen lezen en meetinstrumenten gebruiken.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in 2 ploegen.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische interesse en staat open voor bijkomende interne en externe opleidingen.
  • Je brengt creatieve en innovatieve oplossingen aan voor kwaliteits- en procesproblemen.
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband, bent flexibel en communiceert open en duidelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief correct.
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels.
