Dit ga je doen Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende en afwisselende baan waarin je jezelf kunt ontplooien? Als Kwaliteitscontroleur ben jij de bewaker van onze kwaliteitsstandaarden op de werkvloer. Je bent een cruciale schakel in ons productieproces: Je zorgt ervoor dat afwijkingen tijdig worden gesignaleerd, de juiste mensen worden geïnformeerd en dat we continu blijven verbeteren. Je werkt nauw samen met productiemedewerkers en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de kwaliteitsengineer. Daarnaast: - Voer je procescontroles uit tijdens de productie en bewaakt of alles voldoet aan de vastgestelde kwaliteitsnormen. - Signaleer je afwijkingen en communiceert helder en constructief met medewerkers over wat er niet goed is gegaan en hoe dit voorkomen kan worden. - Rapporteer je je bevindingen hierover aan de kwaliteitsengineer. - Denk je mee over verbeteringen in het kwaliteitsproces en draagt bij aan een kwaliteitsgezinde werkcultuur. - Registreer je bevindingen en afwijkingen nauwkeurig in ons shopfloor systeem, zodat controles en meldingen altijd traceerbaar en up-to-date zijn. Dit ben jij - Je hebt een MBO niveau 4 opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische of procesgerichte richting. - Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is belangrijk, waardoor je bekend bent met de dynamiek en uitdagingen van een productieproces. - Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. - Je bent praktisch ingesteld en pakt kwaliteitsvraagstukken op een doeltreffende en resultaatgerichte manier aan. - Je hebt kennis van geometrische meettechniek of wil je hierin bekwamen.
