Jobomschrijving

Jouw uitdagingAls kwaliteitscontroleur speel je een belangrijke rol in het garanderen van de kwaliteit van producten en processen binnen een hoogtechnologische en gereguleerde werkomgeving. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat alles voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende collega's en draagt actief bij aan een continue verbetering van processen en kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en inspecties uit op producten tijdens verschillende fases van het productieproces.
  • Je bewaakt en controleert processen om ervoor te zorgen dat deze voldoen aan vastgelegde kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Je detecteert afwijkingen, onderzoekt kwaliteitsproblemen en denkt mee na over duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je stelt kwaliteitsrapporten op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van inspecties en controles.
  • Je communiceert helder met collega's en andere betrokken partijen om kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het vergroten van het kwaliteitsbewustzijn en helpt mee bij opleidingen en instructies.

Wat breng jij mee?

Wij zoeken vooral iemand die zich thuis voelt in een kwaliteitsgerichte omgeving en graag samenwerkt binnen een enthousiast team.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een TSO-diploma of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd in een relevante richting, zoals techniek, chemie, biologie of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
  • Ervaring binnen een sterk gereguleerde productieomgeving is een mooie troef.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en weet snel de kern van een probleem te identificeren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die open communiceert en houdt van een directe, no-nonsense aanpak.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed behelpen in het Engels.
  • Dankzij jouw sociale en empathische vaardigheden voel je je comfortabel in een multiculturele werkomgeving.
