Als Kwaliteitscontroleur / Classificateur ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen ons slachtproces. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en vakmanschap zorg je ervoor dat elk karkas correct wordt beoordeeld, gewogen en geclassificeerd. Zo draag je dagelijks bij aan topkwaliteit voor onze klanten én een eerlijke uitbetaling voor onze leveranciers. Jouw rol als Kwaliteitscontroleur / Classificateur binnen Westfort Als kwaliteitscontroleur / classificateur vervul je een belangrijke rol binnen ons slachtproces. Je voert verschillende controles uit op de kwaliteit van onze slacht en houdt toezicht op het weeg- en classificatiesysteem. Deze functie is belangrijk voor onze kwaliteit én voor een correcte uitbetaling aan onze leveranciers. Je voert onder andere visuele controles uit, registreert eventuele gewichtscorrecties en beoordeelt de kwaliteit van de karkassen. Samen met het operationele QC-team zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteitsafwijkingen tijdig worden gesignaleerd en dat karkassen op de juiste manier worden beoordeeld en geselecteerd. Zo leveren we onze klanten de kwaliteit die zij van Westfort verwachten. Je werkt in onze slachterij in twee shifts: - Ochtendshift: 05:30 - 14:00 uur - Middag-/avondshift: 14:00 - 23:00 uur Je bent inzetbaar vanaf twee diensten per week (circa 15 uur) tot een volledige werkweek van 36 uur.
