Voor onze opdrachtgever in Made zijn wij op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsmedewerker AGF die ervoor zorgt dat fruit- en groenteproducten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen. Wat ga je doen? Controleren en bewaken van productkwaliteit - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles vóór, tijdens en na het productieproces. - Controleren van fruit en groente op gewicht, grootte, stevigheid, rijpheid en houdbaarheid. - Beoordelen van producten op schade, afwijkingen en temperatuur. - Uitvoeren van hygiëne- en houdbaarheidscontroles. - Vastleggen en beoordelen van controleresultaten. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en direct passende acties ondernemen. - Zorgdragen voor een correcte en duidelijke registratie van kwaliteitsgegevens. Afstemming en samenwerking - Overleggen met productie- en logistieke teams over kwaliteitsbevindingen. - Producten goedkeuren, blokkeren of afkeuren wanneer nodig. - Actief bijdragen aan een prettige en effectieve samenwerking op de werkvloer. Continu verbeteren - Signaleren van terugkerende kwaliteitsproblemen. - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen. - Bijdragen aan een constante en betrouwbare productkwaliteit.
