Votre objectif : assurer le bon fonctionnement d'une ligne de production afin de conditionner les produits de manière conforme aux normes d'hygiène, de qualité et en toute sécurité, tout en respectant les délais de production. Vos missions au quotidien - Préparer et régler la ligne de conditionnement avant le démarrage de la production. - Conduire et surveiller les équipements : peseuse, ensacheuse, étiquetage, encaisseuse, trieur optique, palettisation. - Contrôler la qualité des produits conditionnés et s'assurer qu'ils répondent aux exigences de nos clients. - Détecter et résoudre les dysfonctionnements courants, ou alerter le service maintenance si nécessaire. - Effectuer les changements de format lors des changements de produits ou d'emballages. - Respecter les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de traçabilité. - Optimiser les performances de la ligne en limitant les arrêts, les pertes de matières et les non conformités. - Renseigner les documents de suivi de production : quantités produites, incidents, contrôles qualité.
