Als Kwaliteitscontroleur speel je een belangrijke rol in het beoordelen van verse groenten en zorg je ervoor dat enkel producten die voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen verder verwerkt worden. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en objectieve aanpak draag je dagelijks bij aan een hoogwaardig eindproduct.

Jouw taken?

  • Controleren en beoordelen van aangeleverde verse groenten volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsstandaarden;
  • Objectieve beslissingen nemen op basis van vastgelegde kwaliteitscriteria en een consequente werkwijze;
  • Registreren en rapporteren van controlegegevens met behulp van een computersysteem;
  • Professioneel communiceren met collega's en andere betrokken partijen over kwaliteitsbevindingen;
  • Werken volgens een flexibel dagrooster afgestemd op de operationele noden;
  • Ondersteunen van andere afdelingen of processen tijdens het laagseizoen waar nodig.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring;
  • Affiniteit met of bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de landbouwsector;
  • Ervaring met het besturen van een heftruck;
  • Stressbestendige houding en een positieve werkmentaliteit;
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid naar werkuren en seizoensgebonden werkzaamheden;
  • Bereidheid om tijdens het laagseizoen andere afdelingen of processen te ondersteunen;
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en vlotte computervaardigheden voor een correcte registratie van
