Heb jij een technische achtergrond en krijg je energie van het zoeken naar technische storingen en het herstellen van complexe onderdelen?

In de werkplaats werk je aan verschillende hydraulische componenten, zoals pompen, motoren en ventielblokken. Je haalt onderdelen uit elkaar, onderzoekt waar het probleem zit, voert de nodige revisies en herstellingen uit en test het eindresultaat.

Ervaring met hydraulica is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste. Ook schoolverlaters met een technische opleiding zijn welkom en krijgen de kans om zich verder te specialiseren.

Functieomschrijving

Als Kwaliteitscontroleur Hydraulica ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderzoeken, reviseren en herstellen van hydraulische componenten.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je voert revisies en herstellingen uit aan verschillende hydraulische componenten.
  • Je demonteert hydraulische onderdelen op een zorgvuldige en systematische manier.
  • Je inspecteert componenten en analyseert slijtage, beschadigingen en technische defecten.
  • Je probeert storingen en defecten snel en nauwkeurig te lokaliseren.
  • Je voert de nodige revisie- en herstelwerkzaamheden uit.
  • Je monteert componenten opnieuw en controleert of alles correct functioneert.
  • Je test gereviseerde onderdelen en controleert de kwaliteit van je werk.
  • Je werkt onder andere aan pompen, hydraulische motoren, ventielblokken en gelijkaardige componenten.
  • Je gebruikt verschillende technische gereedschappen en apparatuur.
  • Je rapporteert technische vaststellingen en werkt nauw samen met collega's.
  • Je werkt samen met andere techniekers en engineers om technische problemen tot een goede oplossing te brengen.
  • Je houdt je werkplek en het gebruikte materiaal netjes en in goede staat.

Je beschikt over een diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur mechanica, elektromechanica of automechanica.Ervaring in een technische functie is mooi meegenomen, maar ook schoolverlaters zijn welkom.Kennis van hydraulica of ervaring met hydraulische componenten is een sterke troef.Je hebt een sterk analytisch en technisch inzicht.Je vindt het interessant om uit te zoeken waarom een onderdeel niet meer correct werkt.Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je technische kennis verder uit te breiden.Je bent flexibel en hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit.Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans of Engels.
